To register for a course, fill out the registration application below and either mail or fax it to The Campbell Center office at 815-244-1619.
Important Registration Information:
DO NOT make non-refundable travel plans before receiving written (letter or email) notification that the class has met minimum registration and will run.
Offsite workshops may or may not include lodging and meals. Be sure to check the workshop description for details.
A deposit of $100 is required at time of registration. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the course .
Payment options include check (payable to The Campbell Center), Visa, and MasterCard.
Cancellation of Courses by Campbell Center
The Campbell Center reserves the right to cancel a course if the enrollment does not reach the minimum required number of participants. The Campbell Center will notify participants no later than 21 days before the starting date of the course, and a full refund of deposit will be issued. Please note that the Campbell Center cannot reimburse participants for any travel expenses, so do not make non-refundable travel plans before receiving written confirmation that the course will take place.
Refunds for Participants Who Withdraw their Registration
~30 days or more prior to course: Full refund less $100 administrative fee
